Plants have no odor

I have several plants in the vegetative phase of growth. Four different varieties. All of them have an odor to one degree or another except the Kush. They are growing spectacularly, better than all the other to be honest but they have do discernible odor like the others. Anyone have any insight into this? I certainly would expect atleast some odor but nothing.

thats funny cuz mine has no odor either and shes about 2 months now. i havent put ur into budding yet. lemme know if you findout why this happens. good lookin plant btw.peace

Like I said all the other varieties have an odor but not the kush. Mother was a great plant but I don't believe she had much of an odor either.

Genetics....

My plants smelled like nothing during veg as well. Even if you put your nose on them, they smelled like a tomato plant, like regular leaves. We're now three and a half weeks into flower and they reek plenty good. A fruity funk, like overripe cantaloupe. It's a little known strain, white lady, but I'm starting to become a fan. Don't sweat it. I guess some strains just don't stink during veg.

I figured as much I was just checking to see if others have had this experience. They look so good would be a bummer to find out that others had bad experiences with any of their plants that lacked odor during veg.

I don't notice much odor from mine too but I also sit w/ in 10 feet of them pretty much the entire time I am home. Unless I get right on top, especially with a slight squeeze, do I get a nice fresh mouth watering fruit smell.

Then again I'm a regular smoker for the past 6 years -- multiple times daily so the smell is kind of the norm around here.
