plants not growing past 15"

i have 4 bc bud plants i put in the ground aboout a week ago. the bud is beautiful but it is growing at a very slow rate and for the past few days it hasnt grown at all but the bud is.. why is that? i was expecting a few pounds but now it looks like a few ounces.. i used miracle grow potting soin and 75% all purpose and 25% bud enhancement fertilizer.. im very upset bcuz ofcourse no seeds and it is too small to clone for next year... what should i do.. or what would you do if you were in my situation? i dont have anywhere indoors and i planted them at the right time (In VA). it has been 5 months and they are only 15" tall! last year i had some strain of dank and they got around 4 feet tall.. i need some advice..

miracle grow not a good choice, ha ha sorry. any other nutes? any pics? when do you water? what are they in?

I had to put them in the ground and I used a huge bag of Miracle grow potting mix I am on a mobile device so I can't post pics quite yet.. I'm a noobie to growing this will be my 2nd successful bud. I'm only in highschool and I got clones from my uncle which has moved to florida and I can't contact him bcuz of family matters... So I was blessed with excelent plants but little expierence. I will post pics if I can get ahold of my moms PC.
