plants too big?

hi

i have a small grow tent and my plants are outgrowing the tent bigtime!

im 3 weeks into flowering is there anything that i can do to stop the growth???

please help im a total newbie and worried that the plants are going to burn as they are only inches away from the 400watt sodium light.

top them now.3 weeks in the buds really didnt start to fill in you still got time if not you can try to tie down but i dont k ow how well that would work
 
I would just bend the branches and LST where I can. Last time I had that happen I just tied it over on itself and tightened the tie every day till it was where I wanted it
