so my buds are SLOWWWWWWWLY growing. i dug a hole in the ground and stuck my plant in it.

jus wondering will my plant suck the nutes up if its still in the plastic pot in the ground? ive seen the browndirt warrior and he does the same

Never put a plant in the ground with the pot still in it,it leaves different types of side effects like:

Root damage

Confusing your plant

Less nute intake

it will suck up the nutes if you feed it.... I think it will be fine....but it kinda depends on how big the pot is...? if it has drainage holes in the bottom then the plant will reach her roots down through them....

theres your problem.....not big enough to let the plant grow very well....or retain much water.....you could try transplanting her but you'll have to be very careful ...good luck with that
