Brah, you are using the wrong lights, it's written all over you're plants. They shouldn't be that tall/spindly or have that much space b/w nodes. By the look of it you're using lights with too low of a Kelvin output.

Basically, you need lights that emulate daylight. They won't grow with what you've got. Make sure the Kelvin (K) output is around 6500. You never know, if you prop those babies up and give it the light it needs it just make live, plants can be quite resilient.

You need to put the light atleast 2 inchs from the plant and try to stand it up and put a fan on it( not blowing on it but kinda near it) you might save it.

Get a pack of the 5600K's or even 5600K's if thats all you can find. They'll make it grow short and bushy. 2700's make them grow tall and thin.

you definitely need a fan blowing on the plants as well to simulate wind.

also, that soil looks very wet... try not to overwater seedling... they are small and have small roots, so their water intake is small as well.

Or, go to the Newb section and look at the endless pics/threads that show similar problems caused by the inexperienced growers. Learn from others mistakes so you will make fewer of them.
