i just dont get it... i see all these people on here talkin about their plants getting stolen, and i know 4 people that already got their shit stolen. i blame their luck on living in south sacramento. but for everyone else what the fuck is going on? i mean dont u think about some type of security before u grow. me and my brother both work but our house is never vacant. we have 3 dogs, multiple guns, and a bunch of cousins pulling shifts. not one plant has been touched and not one will be unless its my hands. and my grow is in the straight ghetto. if u live in sac and ur familiar with the elder creek area then u know whats up. so please before u get everything else in order next year think about security. cuz im getting tired of hearing everyones sob stories, although i gotta admit i laught a little inside. i may be fucked up for thinkin that way but hey, dont half ass ur security next time and wont have to get upset when u read my post. oh and by the way i laugh at my friends too, and talk a whole bunch of shit for just leaving 6 months of hard work sitting out back by themselves.

Do you believe that ending up in jail and being sued because your dogs mauled or killed someone, or because you or your cousin wounded or killed someone is better than risking your plants being stolen?

Sometimes plants are found totally by accident. At times it is unavoidable and the answer is not harming or killing someone to try to avoid it.

Warrenton, N.C. — A Wake County man and his grandson stumbled on a small marijuana plot while hunting on N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission land Saturday.


Warren County Sheriff Johnny Williams said the hunters reported their find, and deputies cut down about 70 plants that averaged about 14 feet tall from an area off N.C. Highway 58 and Old Neck Road.

I live in canada, southwestern Ontario to be exact and it's common sense to protect your plants from getting stolen! Keep your mouth shut about your plants, don't have them visible to your neighbours, have a fenced yard and that's it .... Don't trust anyone but yourself, no need to boast about your plants.

South Sac?? Was bout to move out to sac to start growing. Might have to reconsider. Theres gunna be jackers everywhere though. Just have to protect your sht. I would have guns though. No matter what. Good luck explaining that in court. Guns+drugs even if it is cannabis is still goin to be looked down upon

1. You cant keep your mouth shut going round telling everybody what you got for attention.

2.Growing in the most stupid spot in the world anybody could pick thats just asking to get raided or robbed which is your fault for choosing to grow there in the first place. Cause if you keep your mouth shut and control the smell/noise and dont take any unnecessary risks nobody would be the wiser.

So when you think about it you need all that security because of decisions you made. Bad ones at that.

People get caught 90% of the time for the above reasons, but its usually a pissed off exfriend/exgirlfriend (or boyfriend ;P) that wants to screw you over.

Oh and 1 more thing, next time when you make a thread about nonsense like this at least put it in the right forum lmao, I mean come on how is this outdoor growing? Your title screams General discussion and your talking about indoors, so any smart person would read what you said above with a grain of salt cause we all know better when we are hearing a story

yeah gotta love a nice indoor hydro setup exactly for that reason lol security is my biggest issue just because i'm always so paranoid about it. better to be paranoid than in jail or get your shit jacked or shot by some punk who thinks he's going to make some money. i build entire room extensions with tricky entrances on houses just for the grows lol

ok nobody is going to find my shit in my backyard on accident. im not a guerilla grower smart guy.

and jeffdogg ur speakin on shit u dont know. besides my family that lives at the house where its at, and all the people on this forum, nobody knows. and i would trust every single one of the people i live with with my life and my weed. they've never stolen from me before, tried to set them up multiple times but they never have. and u gotta grow where u gotta grow, not all of us live in the burbs somewhere. and its not at any more of a risk of getting robbed or raided than any other house around here. u guys protect ur grows with golden retrievers and air soft guns and i use pit bulls and registered hand guns. and im talkin about outdoors, security with indoors is pretty simple. u guys getting all butthurt u must have gotten ur shit stolen lol... better luck next grow.

i live nowhere near sac. i did have a couple buds taken. small price to pay for what i end up with. and i don't NEED guns, dogs and cousins to feel safe. i live in a nice neighborhood.
