I grow exclusively with Miracle Grow products and have never had a problem. I grow White Widow, two plants per year and net between 4 and 6 ounces per plant, which is more than enough for my needs per year.
The problem with Miracle Grow products is that they're idiot proof. The problem with that is that idiots are such geniuses. They always think "More is better!" and they're wrong.
With Miracle Grow potting soil mixed 60/40 with perlite and 6 to 8 tablespoons of lime, you'll not need to feed your grow at all until last week of veg / first week of flower. After that, you'll only feed them twice. Three times if you're flowering 14 to 16 weeks.
But idiots can't accept that. They say, "you have to feed every day this much" and all that bullshit. To them, there's all this rocket science involved in growing, quite literally, a weed that it's actually very, very difficult to kill.
Take a good look around this forum. What you'll see is that roughly 90% of all issues with all grows is nutrient burn.
Why? For the reasons I've already stated. Idiots just can't help spending tons of money on nutrient rich soil only to hurl more nutrients in on top of it even when their plants don't need it.
That's all there is or ever was to it.
