PLEASE HELP! autoflower will not show sex + leaves where buds shud be PICS

So my hindu kush lowryder is 31 days from seed today. Shes about 7 inches tall and is INSANELY BUSHY. However, she still has not showed any signs of sex and she well past the date for most autoflowers. And instead of anything resembling a preflower at these bud sites, she just grows more and more branches/bundles of leaves. From what Ive seen theres normally one maybe two leaves to a branch. But mine will produce a double set and then another double set grow out of that and even now a third set is halfway out on some of them!
I have her in a 1.5 gallon pot and she has 4 30 watt cfls on her. She was on 24/0 now Ive taken her to 22/2 and shes been on bloom nutes for almost two weeks now.
Anyone have any idea as to what the problem could be? Is she just a late bloomer? Maybe some freak genetic accident? Am I totally wrong that there are WAY too many leaves?
Iv'e included the pictures where hopefully you can see the leaves growing out of Leaves growing out of leave and also the fourth or fifth node which is the top one right now with a branch and a set of leaves growing instead of preflowers

Have you thought of maybe cutting her to 12/12? I know she is supposed to be an auto but that might help. I stay away from autos because I have seen so many people have problems with them. Why not buy a fem seed and flower that bitch when you are ready? Anyway the only thing you can do I think is feed it flowering "and you are doing that" and flip her to 12/12 to try to kick off the flowering cycle. I have a auto right now that I got as a freebe and she is flowering at 6 inches! LOL I don't care about that one though.

yeah i just cut her down to 12/12 rite before i read your post it's pretty much the only thing i can do at this point. and bro yes i would LOVE to and will have some killer proper ganja plants but right now im super super limited my space my cab is only 24 inches tall right now LOL

Hey bro you can always get fem seeds and flower them whenever you want! The only advantage I see to autos is that they will flower and you can keep the lights on as long as you want! The freebe autos that I have grown suck shit and I will never grow them again! I would get fem beans next time and flower them when you want to! Nirvanas Bubbleicious doesn't stretch much at all and is a good yeilder and has good taste.

I am currently growing Haze auto that High Times is all nuts about but I am not impressed at all! No worries bro I hope your lil lady starts flowering for ya and you get some good smoke! GL
