Please Help! Before These Die! :C

Its day 86, Indoor, Fem blueberry in a aerogarden. They've been flushed about 3 times over the last 2 days due to the shape they are in. I added 13ml of iguana juice bloom which I didn't think through which I feel could be the result of their sagging.

I'm deeply concerned because to have grown them to this age and not have any bud to show for it is just fucking sad and it makes me feel like a bag of shit. Can someone please give me some more advice before these plants sag all the way down, curl and die????

Recently I gave them about 18ml of nutrient solution that comes with the aerogarden master grower guide bullshit thing. The leaves at the bottom are going light and look like shit also.

Thats the thing, It's in the aerogarden so the water it gets is from the res, is it worthy to even remove some water?

It was definitely above enough so I removed some, couldn't hurt. It has a 'fill to here' and it was over that and the roots have white stuff growing off them... was praying its not fungus or anything bad. Didnt look to harmful. I removed the water and the aerogarden sounds like its working better too. Hopefully this is the only issue and it fixes soon. anything else you suggest?

whats the ph and ppm of your water? what temp is the water in your rez? how long have you been flowering? ..

Okay, so now Im going to sound like a massive fucking newbie because I started to not use the lights because of electricity bill and because the plants "WERE" growing fine without them. I have a set of 2 40w's I think their HPS and I have a 400w HPS I'm thinking I need to stick them under pretty soon. The roots look alright, I'll post a picture in a minute.

Ph is around 6.0 - 6.3
I'll check the temp in a minute, ppm as in? im a newbie sorry :/
as in total hardness ppm? which is 200 according to this tester

They are on now and I'm going to begin the cycle 7am - 7am starting tomorrow, I know thats not good to start doing out of the blue but I don't really know what else I can do. I've started using the light on and off.

Well put it this way, because I am a newbie the cycle has changed a bit. When I first started it was the aerogarden turning it on and off but once the plants got too big I had to do the lighting manually so after about a month or two i switched from 3pm till 10am or whatever the fuck the crazy thing did to 7am - 7pm for about a month then when i switched to the 400 HPS it was hard to monitor with uni and all but in the past 2 - 3 weeks I havent had light running constantly for periods because of the bill. So yesterday they got like 6 hours then off and today they've only been under for like 20 minutes :/

I know its my fault they look like this but I'm trying to be a better grower. I was hoping to go back to 7am-7pm growing.

wow bro .. they must be stressed to hell ... you cant be flippin the lights on willy nilly ... stick to a set time .. get a timer ,,, your plants wont turn out to be much if you dont
