Greetings.
Pretty sure you should not put fish(Organic Decay?) liquid fert in a DWC; unless you mean you got a live fish in the res. (I could be wrong though.)

Pretty sure you are suppose to foliar feed seaweed as well.

Root Rot and needs to be dealt with. (smells funny in there yet) Hydroguard is your friend.

How often do you change the water?

Enough Bubbles?

I would check on the fish but I am not 100% sure on it. The seaweed can go in and help root zone out but is more effective as a mist.

I would add some hydro guard to the res and change it weekly but watch that root zone. Maybe put some enzymes in there too to eat up some of the dead stuff.

#WaterTemps must of been in the 70's for the rot to form as well keep an eye on it and to keep it cool add frozen soda bottles to it if you have space.

You did say your PH was on point yes?

Still time to save it but you gotta move quick. All the affected plant material will not recover, but new growth will show up normal.

Others will jump in Im sure with advice and cures so hold on and find out for sure about fish again I could be wrong and sorry if I am.
