Please help! (Discoloration of leaves,yellowing.)

Sort some better pots out, and as gaztron says check your Ph as well as ppm/ec readings.
If you're hand pouring nutes over, they should get some food, even if the roots haven't come through the pots.
But man, those "pots"....
But the fat lady definitely hasn't sunk quite yet...
