please help :( dwc noob

hey guys does anyone know why one of my plants are not growing like the other, could it be due to sharing the same reservoir? :S and is it possible to fix.?
Also one of my babies seem to be curling in different places.

would like to know if my plant has started to flower on me? i havnt had it in there for that long..

my main concerns is the growth

Looks a little light on top maybe feed her more or what about co2/fresh air for her? I attached a link to plant guide maybe it will help.

Its around 24oC in there!
and rises sometimes. i only got 2 intakes and one is basically covered up from a wall!.
so im working on adding more.. i have one fan inside circulating and two fans up the top for exhaust.
the area is only small.. since i dont have much space!

do they look like they are starting to flower, because i have kinda lost date on when these ones were put in :S loll.. thats what happens for toking too much haha!!

i have got them on a diy veg nute formula. coz i never have much success getting them this far with bought nutrient mixes!lol thought i would experiment! so i premixed my own!

1.5g calcium nitrate
.522g kno3
.6 magnesium sulfate
little bits of micros from a aquarium tank and this stuff for aquarium called dinosaur pee.
aquarium ph down for buffer...

all that to 940mls of water.. since i only have a small reservoir.was thinking of dropping them in a larger one if had the space,or could find a larger box/tent or something!
