Please help first plant

My baby is sick, not a clue what is is, I've been told nute burn but have flushed and even re potted, slowed the problem down but is coming back and have only given water since repotting 3 days ago, overall growth is quite slow, temp sits between 19 and 23°c and rh is 65 to 70%

That small plant didn't need fertilizer yet

New growth starts at the top
The bottom of the plant usually shows past mistakes ph, too much Nitrogen ...

That soil looks soaked aswell that can’t be helping
