Is a Scrubber same as a carbon filter? And I heard you can reroute scrubbed air back into your room when using CO2. Is that true? 
PLEASE HELP! How does the Scrubbing Technique work?

Yes.You can do the same thing with a carbon filter...Just dont vent it.

what do u mean dont vent it? doesnt the air have to leave the room some how then come back in. can one just lets say vent it above the grow space then back into it? also ive seen people vent there lights and there room at the same time using a carbon filter but it was exhausted out side. can some one do that and vent that back into their room?

a scrubber is just a carbon filter hooked up to a fan that leads nowhere, it recirculates air in the grow/ drying room. it helps to reduce smell in the room and people tend to use them when running co2 in their grow rooms as the smell builds up due to there being no in or out vents.

So is the carbon filter and scrubber same thing? I have some troubles, I just started using a CO2 Burner, done one run with it & extremely happy with it. Althought I dont think im venting propably. Here the problem; I am air cooling my lights from the outside and its winter here so im getting condensation on my ducting inlets. In the past before CO2,
I was venting my lights & my room threw the carbon filter to the outside. My question is can i go back to that process and bring the air back into my room? Thank u for reply

yes you can, this is the ideal scenario. your only concern will be ambient temperatures in the room. if the constant recirculation of air from the cool tubes raises your temperatures too much you will need an ac unit. no in or out vents and nice temperatures makes you king of your grow room. good luck

ya your right great advice king of the grow world well said. im sure he has air conditioner. so u just use a carbon filter for scrubbed air? and where do u bring the scrubbed air to any where in the room?

I do have an AC Unit, thanks. My question is When I take the scrubbed air from the lights & the room can ducted it out through the attic and back into the room? Because attic is above the grow space. Also, Do I need to worry about exchausting the old CO2 or is that what the scrubbed air is for?
