PLEASE HELP!!! i think my mothers are unhappy? leaves are curling down. check PICS

the temp where they are now is about 20*c / 68 fahrenheit. it might be colder im using old school thermonitor with the red line. iv put them on 24hour to try and keep in the heat. would this be ok?

+rep to u mate. i have another question for u.. do u know a good way to make my clones root faster? there taking about 14days to root. is there a way to make them root faster?

There are ways but if you run 24/0 it will take that long and sometimes longer.

Heat underneath is beneficial but too much is bad.

I personally take clones from wherever i can and i cut at a 45degree angle and split the clones stem up about 10mm, then i dip into CLONEX into a presoaked rockwool cube with some mycorhizal fungi and trichoderma and into the propagator.

currently i have a NIRVANA PPP strain that takes approx 10-14days to root and a DNA Sour Cream strain that takes longer again almost 3 weeks .. But i dont use a heated prop or a heat mat.

thanks jon. i thought 24hour would make root faster

do u know the coldest temp my mothers can be? iv only got 24hour so they dont get cold
when i was on 18hour i thought they were tryin to flower because it was cold 64f/18c but it was just pre flower.

would u advise to switch bk to 18hour?

Its completely up to you and what works best for you.

The reason i have mine of 24 hours is as already mentioned keeps node spacing tighter and it saves me the hassle of sorting out timers and relays/contactors etc at extra cost.

I only run a 200w ECO CFL for my mothers and clones.

Ideally the less of temp change from night time and day time the less the plants will try and stretch. i try to keep my mother box at a constant 22C/72F

I know what you mean about the preflowers lol I cloned the top of my original mothers and they started showing while i was under 24/0 and i was like WTF. BUt then realised it was just the plants pre flowers. lol
