Please help is it heat stress or what?!

Heres a pic of 3rd week in flowerand it grew to light and was sitting on light hope it not burned thc

Nitrogen toxicity i believe but now i have new one bro. I measured runoff at 3000ppm so flushed them till ot hit 500 my question is when using tiger bloom can u keep adding it till u hit 1000ppm cuz i did that last night and dont wanna burn them but regular dose on bottle put me at 500 600 ppm and we both know thats not enough if i have to use fish fert instead of more tiger bloom i will but I must have added 6 more tsp to that gallon to get 1000ppm
