Please help! Is this bud rot?

Aside from a few bugs (outdoor grow) that I'll wash off, what's worrying me is this discoloration.
Is it bud rot? Meaning the whole top has gotta go?
I haven't used anything aside from water and sunshine, could it be lack of nutrients?

What do you mean by seeded?
I did look on the inside, I only saw a few instances of that white meshy web, very little patches, that i removed while trimming. I'm going to wash everything with baking soda and lemon, just unsure as to whether it's pointless and need to bin everything, which would be horrible...

Just a guy who helped me out spotted some nanners in a pic now he also gave me a lot of shit about my phone all in fun I think but he was right so I started to read what he said to others and I think his skills are on point and lime 73 is a good one to he got some good info on his videos on his thread I'm new to this stuff as far as the Internet not to growing lol good luck

Thank you both so much! Inside is fine, no mildew or anything that looks off. Since i have quite a few bugs, saw some wggs and stuff, I was worried aboutbrot, but honestly this discoloration is the only thing that looked different to the rest of the plant. I'm going to was with baking soda, lemon and hydrogen peroxide, and hang to dry.
