please help me!!!!

So ive been growing these babies for about 2 and a half months now and they are flowering already. i dont want them to yet and i dont know what to do. their light schedule was 12/12 and they got switched to 16/8 once i talked to someone who could help. What can i do to put them back on track. I know i messed up with the 12/12 light schedule as i am an amateur grower. but i need help to move on. pleassse

Cut the main stalk down to the point where below several growth tips or buds are remaining. Return the plant to a vegetative fertilizer and photoperiod. Over the next several weeks, the plant will elongate and develop new upward growth. It is very important not to overwater the plant after it has been cut back.
 
idk the exact specs on the lights they are really meant for decoration but these are what is on the lights @reallycoolguy and idk if they are autos. my friend gave me these seeds and im just trying to make them prosper with the little info i have. this is the light specs idk if it will help

Your lights are way to weak. Only 12W. Get other lights or you won't get any flower at all.
I think your friend would have told you if these were autos. So I think these are photoperiod plants.

what do you mean below several growth tips and buds. if i cut below the lowest growth point all that would be left is the stalk and no leaves

What you got twelve plants under 12 watts? Probably not gonna get much flower on any of those. If your serious get more light. Lots more light.
 
For your 6 plants you would need at least 300W ( from wall ) of LEDs. You could buy 3 Spiderfarmer sf1000

A common recommendation with quality white lights is 30-35 watts per square foot of grow area. For purple grow lights (known as blurple) or HPS you want more like 50w/square foot. About half that for veg.
