please help me

yesterday i changed my light from a 125 compact floresence to a 600 metal halide.
but when i woke up this morning they were wiltering verry bad and looking real bad
when i saw this i checked to see if there was water and the plant pot felt really light so there was a lack of water im growing in a small cuboard but im unsure weather it was heat stress or underwatering but i think it may be a bit of both. will they recover and perk back up how long do you think. thanks for your help

water the plant up and watch the temps make sure they dont go above 28c and the plant should perk up in a few hours to a day at most. also watch the light is not to close remember MH give off more heat than CFLs.
any pics to show how bad they are would be helpful
hope this helps mate

thanks alot guys i watered and within 1 hour and 10 mins they perked back up so well you would have never know they were wiltering. mj plants are jus amazing
and the cuboard is about 2 and a half foot wide and a good 11 foot long hopfully that will give you some idea oh and i changed the light back to 125 cfl but when i put them in the room i will put the 600 bc on them because the cuboard is getting way to hot withe the 600. but thanks i apreciate all ur help. takcare
