Im new at growing weed.I was recently diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety and Instead of spending 6 to 7 hundred dollars a month on medication I have started smoking and I must say it helps me get through the day.My question is that I planted some seeds about a week ago and there up and about 4 to 5 inches tall but they only have 4 leaves on top.Am I doing something wrong or will they eventually sprout other leaves. Also they are being grown in a room that stays about 75-80 degrees and are getting plenty of sunlight. Please someone help me soon.

It works better than meds for depression my my experience. I like to combine my spiritual practice with pot for depression all the racing thoughts and insight tend to break a depression rather quickly. I have not been depressed for almost a year with no meds and very little pot and I think it is a direct result of meditation and the insight provided when I was high or not high while meditating.
As for your plants it sounds like they are right on track for being a week old just be patient. Keep us updated!

Yes, they should soon begin normal, healthy growth. Give them as much light as you can and don't over-water them.
As a recently-thru-pot cured manic depression sufferer, may I add that sativa/cerebral high is more much helpful than narco-couch over-matured Indica in the treatment of mental issues. Couch seems preferred for things like MS, and pain, but can add to negativity in depression.
