Please help? NEED POINTERS

I do both a little around the hole and mix it in, like one scoop is what i use per pot 3/4ths mixed in and then a fourth around the transplant hole ... to be honest i dont ever even check the ph .. if i have problems i will but i have an RO system and just use that

stick with pro mix much more forgiving than ff very easy to flush if need be, peace

So I went to the grow store, got the pro mix. 60lb brick. I didn't have the money for the microbes or nutes, they were crazy expensive. Will I be alright for now with just the pro mix? I have 12 plants, but my light will only power about 8 or 9 plants. and 6 pots so I can only do 6 for now and I'll do the other 3 tomorrow it looks like. Any tips for me for right after the transplant? They are 25 inches (give or take an inch) from my 400w MH. Here are pics.
