Day 21 flower, it’s been progressing since late veg/early flower. Ended up culling the crop and the genetics, but would love a diagnosis, TIA.

Looks like 100’s of hrm, get a scope a confirm this (one key to ipm is pest id confirm)
From general looks and how ur new geowth ans buds looks its Hemp russet mites
They are eating ur buds alive and applying photo toxins into the tissues for more easy egg and intake of food.
