let me know what happens
Take the bag off. That's completely unnecessary and will do more harm than good. I don't know where that crazy advice comes from, but it's bad.

They aren't dried out and humidity isn't a problem so the bag isn't doing you any good. The plants aren't going to recover from this by tomorrow either, it's going to take at least a week probably more before you will start to see new growth. All of your current leaves will stay nasty and ugly, but the key will be whether or not you see new green growth on the top.

yeah, but that was already done. He bought these as rooted clones, not cuttings. He's not trying to help them survive through the rooting process, it's already done.

I think I agree with laser. I decided that the bag was not necessary and took it off. There is some new growth on the top of the plants and it looks fine. Its all the old leaves and the ones at the bottom that look like shit. I pretty much trimmed all the ones that were yellow and burnt.

The clones seem to be doing a little better. I think flushing them out was definitely what they needed. Thanks for the help guys. I will keep you updated.

Wait did you take these clone or are they rooted clone already? I mean did your friend give you fresh cut clones or rooted clones? What kind of medium is that a soil? Non nuted soil? if not rooted the 400 watt light is to intense use a florescen tube or cfl. If not rooted then should be in a dome mist twice a day open dome for about 10 minutes twice a day. Alot depends if these are rooted or fresh cut clones Was alot of leaves but this issue is fresh cut clones cant drink as they have no roots so you have to mst so the leaves can absorb moisture. Keep the soil moist though but not soaked to help promot root growth

First 400 watts is way to much for starts or clones to grow roots .....try a 40 watt shop light to grow roots.....low wattage makes the plant develope roots high watts will make the plant produce more new growth and not the roots.

You want your humidity at 90% or more..... temperature in the mid 80s F...... you need a dome

If those clones had roots they wouldnt have died unless you stuck them in hot soil (soil that is high in PH or fertilizer)

These clones are already rooted. I have had them for a week now and they were two weeks old when I got them. He came over this morning and agreed to give me a new one for the one that died :)

Ok I will then say that the combination of the hid light and over nuting them is the issue then. any nutes will be very diluted at this stage. What is the water ph your giving them and what is the run off ph

My water level is great, I don't use straight tap water and I just raised the light about another foot and a half to see if that helps.

That will help take some stress off so thats good then as long as your water is around ph6.8 your ok. Tap water is actually not bad as long as you know your water content. Things like spring water, distilled and RO tend to cause issue if your not real familair with its mineral content and adding what has been removed
