Please HELP(PICS)** Plants look sad :(

Why are my ladies so sad what is your opinion. she was like this before, but then i brought her closer to the light and she perked up now she is down that same road again!!! and the other one is one of my larger plants and those spots what are those magnesium or nitrogen or what, thanks for your help!!:cuss::cry:

looks like ur plants are thirsty....if u dont have any plant food nows the time to get some.
