Can someone that is knowledgeable with nutrient burn please help me. My outdoor plants which were doing great all of the sudden in one day were burned with too much nutrients. I gave them what I always did which is the fox farm trio plus open sesame since they were in early stages of flowering. I gave them the max dose because they seemed to handle it since they were very big plants. I have since given them sledgehammer to flush them and flushed them again with lots of water.

The nutrient burn is very strange since it's only affecting the colas and the bud sites, it's not affecting the lower leaves or tips like it normally would. This happened in one feeding and I have since stopped feeding them nutrients completely. Please take a look at the pics and let me know what can be done if anything and why they were burned this way, thank you.20180825_113304.jpg

Looks bad huh? Its an iron deficiency could be caused by excessively wet soil and/or its truly deficient.
How could it be an iron deficiency if it happened right after I gave it a big dose of nutrients? It literally happened right after I fed them, well 24 hours later.

Are you positive there's iron in what you feed? Fox Farms Bush Doctor is for iron.

Max nutes causes lots of probs over time... ive never had less issues since i went to half dose max
Ya that's some good advice, I have since done that to my indoor crop even though they had no problems. Can this be fixed though? They look really bad, it seems like some of the buds which barely got started are rotting.

Cut off all the damaged sections and keep going. Reveg if necessary. Those tops are toast.
