Hey Munta Boy - I've just been looking through some of the great advice you've been giving this guy - here's a little taster:
Your first effort on page 1 - right after someone sensible said: It looks like overwatering to me -
You say all these things:
I suggest you water it until you have good run off,and then check the ph of that run off. (yeah, that'll help an overwatered plant, won't it)
you can leave or remove the leaves,it doesent matter once they have damage they dont recover - really? taking off slightly damaged leaves 'doesn't matter', eh? Fuck, why not just take all the leaves off if it doesn't matter?
You just carry right on on page 2 with this gem: he is looking at a ph or lockout problem - oh, yeah?
Then you tell him to go spend 100 bucks on a ph/ec meter and say: now b4 you say your all set and leave us. Do you know how to get your ph back in range - man, you're on a roll now
Then there's this beauty: dont want to come off as a dick - huh?
if you want to grow. You have to have the meters.I know there pricey, but with out them your not able to diagnose or fix problems. You don't need a tool to diagnose overwatering - maybe you do
Guessing when trying to fix something always leads to more problems and dead plants. You got that right - so maybe you should stop guessing, you ain't that good at it, clearly
Then someone else with a brain said: I also think it could also be wet feet. Can cause symptoms of N overdose because unchelated nitrogen stays available as long as the soil is wet. Maybe let it dry a little longer? Your soil could be more compact and wet than you want - very next post I joined in and agreed, but you don't want to listen to that - no, you know better...you then have a bitch about someone else asking a question and then come out with this to argue with me about the fact that he's drowning his plant....
It wasn't an over watering issue for the original poster . He is having a Ph & lock out issue - really? IS THAT RIGHT??
You've advised someone to water the fuck out of a saturated, drowning plant; to go spend 100 bucks on shit he doesn't need; to remove very slightly damaged leaves because 'it doesn't matter' - that's a particularly good one....And so it goes on - I'd just stfu if I was you
