Please help!!!

I recently switched to organic nutrients and one of my plants is struggling! Started growing a new strain Pink Lemonade photo in coco utilizing Gala Green nutrients. Water ph'D between 5.8 and 6.8 but usually close to 6. Symptoms: lightening of leaf edges, clawing down, veins dark but leaf turning yellow, new growth effected mainly, decreased internodely growth and eventually death of leaves. What I have done: compost tea, moved lights away, decreased temperature, added epsom salt to water, let fully dry out before water, decrease pH and monitor run off. dont you need pearlite in coco then? i ask because ive never used it b 4. just learning b 4 i try it

You learning a tough lesson of why you don't use dry amendments with coco. Research proper coco care and stop listening to YouTube videos. Good luck.

Yeah I guess I am. My other 2 plants that are a different kind are showing no issues. Same amendments. Coco and gala. But this pink lemonade is just not having it.

Mr. canuck sucks.
I have yet to see a successful grow from start to finish using dry amendments in coco.
There is thread in the organics section that discusses using dry amendments........but they all use soil or peat or both........not coco.

I was just reading that is where I went wrong. Trying to figure out the next best route to take before I completely ruin my flowers and my next run. Guess dry only goes with soil. Guess I am heading out to buy soil to save the clones or switching back to bottled nutes.

No need to get bottled nutrients. Dry salts like Jack's 3-2-1 program are cheap and give fantastic results.

That cation exchange bro, or lack there of. That's why I feel peat is superior to coco.
