Please help

Hey guys, this is my first attempt at growing an outdoor plant. firsta little info about my plant an

  • i have no idea and would love your suggestions

Hey guys, this is my first attempt at growing an outdoor plant. firsta little info about my plant and location..

I live in the southern part (Kerala) of India

The weather around this time april is between 32-38 degrees celsius\

It's about 30 inches long

My plant broke surface in late november 2013 (ITS COMPLETED 4 MONTHS NOW) and its still growing now.
No signs of flowering yet.

WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW IS:

1) How much longer in your opinion will it take to flower?


2) how much longer before i can harvest it ? (It first broke surface on the 22nd of november)


3) Can you please tell me what variety or strain my plant is? (i know its a locally growing variety of plant in Kerala,India),


4) Sativa or Indica?


5) What all do i have to do to ensure i get really good buds when its harvesting time? (i have no idea whatsoever, ive seen growers do so many things on the internet and on youtube, im really lost)

Well Jullian your plant is a sativa, other than that I can't help ya..
If I were you I would be asking someone local as to what strain it is, If you can find that bit of info I'm sure someone here can give you a rough estimate of how long it will flower for..
Do you know if it's a female?

Your plant looks great btw...hope you get the answers your looking for...j

thanks a lot, youv been helpfull. Actually growing here is a high risk. I had three more plants but i had to uproot it because of cops patrolling the area and scary news articles.

I know my plant belongs to a particular palce called 'IDUKKI' which produces some of the finest weed in the planet. I'll still try to ask for more info on the plant but i have o one to ask which bought me here in the first place, thanks a lot though!

I lied....I can help a bit more...

Don't bother wasting time flushing..feed until chop..chop...the last couple weeks is when pot plants pack on the most weight

Instead pour boiling water through the roots to kill them...then let it go for 2-3 more days in the light
What this does is it makes the plant use up the sugars that are already in its system and since the roots are dead it won't uptake any more food.
After the 2-3 days dry and cure like normal..:)
This is old school at its finest and should result in a nice smooth smoke...I know it sounds weird, but it works..

If your still sketchy on it ask the ?'s..I'll try to help ya as much as I can...j

Thanks again J. So by feeding you mean watering right?And what are the first signs of flowering?

If she's a lady, she will start pistiling out...white hairs slowly at first then it seems as though an explosion happens..

If a dude then he will grow lots of balls...very much different from a female.

In response to feed and watering my answer is....yes.

Yea she's definitely a lady cause i saw a male pant at a friends house. There are these thin green nodes between the stems and really tiny signs of preflowering but the leaves are still growing and growing so i suppose its not time yet. thanks j.

SATIVA she gonna get big ass though so i would prob build some sort of dark frame can be done really cheap money wise,Make sure that you frame her up before she gets to big.i would band her in a big ass tub.

Thanks for that Marie, it gets dark here by 6.30 pm and the sun comes up nice and bright at around 7.00 am..so its pretty much a 12/12 already. Shouldn't i just let nature do it's stuff or do i still have to make the dark frame? (not that it's any trouble, just curious)

And another thing is that the leaves are still growing like crazy from everywhere..it's hardly started flowering (there are like super micro nodes under the stems and a rare few white pistils on the tip, mostly young leaves still sprouting) but of course you've seen the pics. so you obviously know better (i'll post some latest close up pics tomorrow if you need a better look) is it time for its 12/12 cycle or should i wait for the leaves to stop growing and signs of flowering to be more prominent?

no just hit her with a bloom based feed high phos/pattasium let nature take its course good luck keep me posted.

Get her in the biggest tub you can she looks like a stunner nice tight nodes should throw a nice
amount of goodies.

Have a nice big fire then hit her with the ash left over,but i would add just pot ash on its own for one water then mix with the ash with manure for the rest of the time.

Thanks Marie, thats was fast, lol! unfortunately i'm from India and stuck in a place where you dont get any sort of bloom or any other kind of feed, let me know if there's anything natural compost or manure that would help. And what's the tub for, sorry i'm really bad at this and yea i'll definitely keep you posted...thanks a million, again : )
