Please- i really need someone with experience

PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

So i came home to the worse thing i can ever come home to.

i put a board in the closet i was growing in, dont ask me why. but when i got home, the board fell on my baby and snapped it in half.

So i cut the top half off and trimmed it. and its drying now. the bottom half is still ok, and im leaving it cause it has buds that i think can be saved.

but based on the info im about to give, can you PLEASE tell me if i have a chance of getting good bud from the top half.... PLEASEE

Questions-
1)based on the pictures. do you think i will be able to smoke it?
2)i obviouesly i didnt flush it, will it change the taste THAT much ?? will it be bad to smoke?
3) How long should i dry it for before i can smoke it?

If you had to cut it off then you did yourself a disservice and it would have kept growing if you had just taped it back up or staked it. As long as half the stem is connected it would have been fine.

It's smokable, just didn't get a chance to mature.

you know its weird, i didnt think that the stem of the plant was hallow?

dats how da water gets up plant

splint it and wrap it in some moist gozz or something and keep the humidity pretty high around the damaged area it might heal back to normal that way. No gauranteeing it though.

It will take a few weeks to heal and delay your plant tremendously.
