I think you have found your main problems and certainly ones to work on. I wouldn't know what to do from here on in, if it was me i would try a deep flush when next need watering and try to give correct pH water. I am not saying the lime is the problem but it sure seems to be and i too have had experience with it and
fu@ked up a couple of my plants years ago and i used less than you. Roots will burn, nute lock and i don't know how easy it is to flush from the soil. Ro means reverse osmosis water or water that has had all its salts and minerals filtered out. Read up, ask for advice on hydrated lime and how to rectify giving the plant too much.
When i used hydrated lime my plant burnt up pretty bad, hydrated lime is a powder and will dissolve in water. All i can say now is good luck, i kinda done my bit to help. Advice for next grow is get some standard soil that a lot of growers use, top the plant as its way too stretchy, don't use hydrated lime as this stuff can burn your skin let alone a small plant in a pot and get some normal water, ro water is not for new growers unless your water has a lot of lead, iron and contaminates in, most tap water is good and you can find out what is in your tap water easily from the supplier. Learn as you grow dude. Start a new thread and hope someone has advice. Keep me posted too so i can see the results. Peace
