Please please help!!!!

Hi peeps..after some advice im a virgin grower, and after reading loads of posts and threads and watching countless vids, im still unsure!!! alot of this info ive came across contradicts each other... :-?

. so, the stage im at now is...ive germinated sucessfully with a 10-15mm tap root on moist paper towel..now ive planted my 8 germinated seeds into a 5" pot with drainage holes, watered untill water drains from bottom and put them under a 250w hps lamp about 2 foot away for 18/6 for 4 days now and nothing seems to be happening???? the pots and soil are very warm (not sure if this is normal?)) and my temp is between 24-32c and humidity is between 43- 52, im sure ive watered correctly, by using a thin piece of cane and pushing it to the bottom of the pot and seeing if its dry or moist. i hope ive done this correctly as i really want my babies to start growing, i hope and prey that i have not fried them to death....i know that alot of you guys get abit pissed at reading these threads, and im truely sorry for this but i need these beauties to start growing...

Patience. I remember feeling exactly this. The roots are getting establised right now, and that little baby tap root is forming offshoots. Don't over water. You're running a little warm, too. 21 or 22 degrees C is ideal, and 32 is a little too warm. anything up to 26 or 27 can be tolerated well as long as humidity stays below 50%. Make sure you have a fan providing fresh air, and maybe another near the light to pull off hot air? In a short time your plant will fairly explode my friend. If you are using terracotta pots they retain heat, so you may want to switch to plastic. Take a deep breath, sounds like you're doing great. As far as all the contradicting advice, the only way you will ever know what is truly correct is by understanding plant biology. Read read read. Good luck, vape.

ok cool,, thanks for the quick reply 'x', much appreciated. i thought it was alittle warm, but ive had temp probs from the beginning..as im growing in stealth...im just gonna take your advice and sit on my hands and prey to the ganja gods that they watch over there children and make them big and strong....amen...lol

Bit cool bro. They are winter temps. Get the temps as close as possible to 24-26 ( a couple of degrees either way makes big diff to plants) .Everything else i agree with.

thanks for the info guys...just one more thing, when the pots are dry do i water untill i see water coming out the dainage holes at the bottom or just mist the tops slightly

sorry to say peeps but i fried the little buggers...pisssssed...
ive got 8 more germinating 2x super lemon haze, 2x violator kush 2x pinapple chunk 2x big bud babies, doing really well @ mo got em in my newly perchesed propagator.

see what happerns???

dont spray the leafs with water will cook the plants best bet is to pour water onto the base of the stem not on the leaf

just use a couple of low wattage cfls ( 20ish true watts) until theve grown atleast 2 sets of leaves! then switch to your hps starting off with it as high as possable, the move it closer each day,
youve got the watering part right, its very important you dont dround them,

hi vape. welcome, im in the uk too..
i got a tip for you..if you are new to this may i suggest only growing one kind to begin with. i found that with multiple breeds they can respond differently to eachother, ie need for feed, temp tolerance, shape of growth etc. i think its easier to observe one plant/one strain for the whole cycle, concentrating your focus without multiple potential problems from different strains.. just a thought.. good luck.
