Not me, but Sweet Seeds guys. Sweet Seeds is a Spanish seedbank, they don't do real breeding, they just mix different keepers from strains made by other people, like most of seedbanks today. They made a very nice strain mixing a Skunk with an old Early Skunk probably from Sensi from the 90's. Before Sensi became a piece the fraudsters they became later.
I know all this, but what I'm asking is if you grown it out from sensi stock. So you're talking about green poison, I got you now, I was a little confused when I first read your post...
Everyone talks about how the original sensi stock has changed so much. We grew lots of old school pre 2002 sensi gear back in our commercial guerilla days. Still several old cuts floating around that was found. Four way, shiva, black Domina, nl5 x haze, a few afghanis just to name a few. I always absolutely loved the fourway. Such a huge yielder of bright light green skunky/coffee/earthy buds, finishes decently early here in the bluegrass state and excellent mold resistance.
We moved onto other things around 2005 and started breeding our own crosses and tried other seed banks. I will say this though, 5 years ago I kept reading how sensi sucks now. I purchased a 10 pack of Northern Lights from them just for the hell of it and grew it out indoors. Out of all of them I had 5 females and 5 males. All phenos were very nice, most all of them were alike with a hashy, piney and spicey odor. But one, was an absolute different pheno. I thought u had first got it confused with a Barneys LSD plant and had mislabeled. But I didn't. It was just so different and was completely finished in only 55 days. It had a hashy, skunky, sorta fruity/berry smell to it. Very very strong terps and frosty as all get out.
I later found out it was a NL#5 pheno and it was phenomenal. Probably some of the best bud I had ever grown all the years previous to that one. The high was unlike the other NL phenos, it was more uplifting and cerebral, came on really fast and would fuck you up. Very psychedelic in a way. Anyways never got the chance to run it outdoors but I would imagine it would had been a beast, the yields were great to be such an early finishing strain. I lost the cut after the second run with it. Friends still ask me about it till this day. Thinking about running another pack to look for it again.
Point is, sensi still has fire in there and it only took me one pack to find it. Then again, could have got luck of the draw... Either way, I'll never forget it. I actually have a photo of it somewhere on here on RIU back when I first joined, I'll look for it and post it later.
