Me and my bestfriend were doing a 72 plant system in his basement and just got the word he got his door kicked in and the POLICE did there thing so smoke one for him cause he cant for a LONG time. THANKS

he was drawing to much power i keep telling him to cut down on the lights but he wouldnt listen, he wanted higher quality, but now he is going to prision bet hes not worried about quality now. Never thought that it would hit home, but to all you fellow growers we had 2600 watts and the power company notified the police, watch how much power ur takin

yup, quite alot of growers on here use them, u just need to recharge them and shit i dont use them my self but it takes less heat off ur electirc bill ive been told

no i wasent there the 2600 was just the lights (2) 1000 watt hps and (1)600 watt mh plus all the in take, exuast, fans, and all that shit i was alot of power the fucked up part was his 9 MONTH preganant girlfriend called and told me his kid will be like 20 when they first meet

72 plants is alot. Why so many? They will get him on intent to sell and distribute. I guess it all comes down to the judges decision. Also was this near a school? If so that's really bad. I dunno.

2600 watts is nothing and NO ONE here uses car batteries.

the people i know don't even bother with anything under 2000 watts. must be that cali thing again.

no i wasent by a school its just the power bill was around 500 with a two bedroom house right outside Detroit, Michigan thats a bit of a problem here. It was 72 because it was split three ways so we had to make it worth our while (or so we thought it was)

Wow dude sorry to hear that, I'll say a prayer for your buddy. Now i couldn't help but see you said that it was both of you growing, and they only got him. Assuming your buddy leaves you out of things. Please do the right thing, help his family anyway you can, and put a little money on his jail account whenever you can. Jail sucks but jail as an indigent really sucks. A couple nutter bars can really help ya when your locked up. Damn shame, when will they just let it be. Oh well, but damn man 20 years huh, sounds like its time to post bail and learn spanish to me. Maybe you could help him in that way. If he chooses to do the time ok, but if i was looking at that much time (and had a kid on the way) I would do like the little dog says and run for the border.

Dude,Michcon,Con Edison or Consumers Power do not give info to LEO about power useage,call them & ask about their privacy policy,when you call ask this specific question "do you report abnormally high electric use to law enforcement on your own accord",the answer will be "if LEO requests power consumption data on a specific customer or address we comply with the request but without a request there is no customer information given.

Was your grow in flood & drain tables using rockwool cubes,if so i saw the raid on the news yesterday .

That is amazing that the police would alert the police over a 2600w grow. I'm sure there's more to it than you know.

Police can't get a search warrant based solely on a high power bill, so unless you guys were walking outside with plants or throwing cuttings in the trash, I can't fathom how you were caught.

Unless, of course, there's a snitch.
