is it true you cant grow outdoor in cali nomore since almost everyone does and every block smells like dank?and because the deaths please tell me its not true

no dude, its just sacramento county trying to pass a law that all growing has to be done indoors. its only because there have been 4 weed related shootings in sac in the last 3 weeks so theyre scared its going to get worse.

and to the op, cultivation laws vary from county to county and city to city.

Can't grow outdoors in the city of san diego, but me out in the county biggest girl was just short of 12 foot!
