Plush Berry/ Bubblelicious Closet Grow with Smoke N Grow!

Welcome to my first offical grow!

I have been growing bagseed for some time. This is my first shot with quality genetics. I will be using Smoke n Grow nutes in a organic soil mix I picked up at my local ag store. They make it themselves and I have used it in the past. Drains very well and my past bagseed grows seem to love it so I'm not messin with anything else.

As alot of you know, Smoke N Grow is the brainchild of our good friend, dudeoflife. He has spent alot of time working on this nute lineup and I believe he has a good thing going. For a new grower, it does not get any easier than this. You get the packet, say you are using a gallon jug, you get the 2 gallon packet and drop it in the water. Let sit for a while, I go 24 hours, then split into another gallon jug and BAM! you have your 2 gallons of nutes. The nutes self ph so that is one less worry for the new grower. Don't get me wrong, it is very important to understand how ph works, so don't pass it up. Educate yourself. I will be starting of at half strength with my nutes then build up to full. I will be following the grow chart found at smokengrow.com.


At first I was goin to grow just Plush Berry then my wife said, "Why not start some of the Bubblelicious with the Plush just incase the Plush are male?" I LOVE HER!!! I had a one track mind and was Plush all the way, but after talking it over, we decided to start 2 Nirvana Fem Bubblelicious and 2 TGA Subcool Plush Berry. Worst case, I am growing 2 Bubblelicious. Best case, 2 Plush and 1 Bubble as I plan on growing 3 under a scrog in 5 gallon buckets, LST'd under 1 250w HPS.

At least that is my plan...

Any helpful suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated!

4 plants will fill that screen VERY quickly. I have a 4x4 screen and fill it with just two Bubblelicious plants. My only word of advice is watch out for height, and don;t be afraid to remove or trim tips of leaves. A scrog can produce a lot of pop corn bud if you don't space the colas right and keep fan leaves from blocking other sites.

Yeah, 4 Plants would be to much. I'm planing on 3 max.

You will LOVE the bubblelicious strain. That was my very first strain and it kicks ass. If you love couch lock and narcotics, let it go 10 weeks in flower. If you prefer a lighter narcotic buzz, harvest in 7-8 weeks. I've done both and I prefer the 7 week harvest over the 10 week. The buds can get big and it is susceptible to mold however, so be careful when drying. You'll need to open up the buds to allow air in and for jarring, I cut most of the calyxes off the stem for small buds. If you don't you run the risk of losing everything to mold that will form inside the buds. It happened on my first grow... I took a big solid bud to a buddy to brag about it and when we went to open it up, a white cloud of spores came out. I had left the big buds intact, thinking they were dry because the outside was...

other than that, Bubblelicious rocks... crystals big time!

Nice looking setup! +rep I really want to try that plush berry, but attitude always seems to be out of the strains i want lol. I also want to try Apollo 13, the void, pandoras box, jilly bean, and vortex.

I have a few bubblelicious going in the thread in my sig, one of witch I'm getting ready to harvest this thursday. I'm pretty excited to try it.

Btw, I'm also using s.n.g. I love these nutes for there simplicity and affectiveness. I gave my seedlings 2 weeks with no nutes then gave them a full dose of the week one packet with no ill affects, they love it. So imho you shouldnt have to start at half strength.

I started them with nutes on the first watering at half then up to 3/4 on the second and the 3rd watering was at full strength...

This is today. 29 days old and 2 days into 12/12. Bubblelicious are the 2 on the left and Plush Berry on the right. The Bubble are about a foot shorter than the Plush so I made adjustments to keep the canopy as even as possible.

Nice bro, I got 5 beans of plush berry vegging right now, waiting for clones to find my mommy. I really cant wait to see how they come out. I also got Bubba Kush and 8 Ball kush.
