the only thing that looks like this in http://www.drugs-forum.com/growfaq/97.htm is ozone damage, but i don't have an ozone generator and i'm not running my carbon filter...i do run the filter every once in a while because this attic is full of both foam and other insulation and i'm afraid that maybe particles from that stuff is getting into the air and harming my babies.. here are some more pics...also, i was gonna start flowering them asap, they are fem seeds but i don't want them to hermie on me, so should i wait till the signs of stress have gone away?

well im not entirely sure but as deficiencies go id say probs magnesium but the uniformity of it points towards a immobile trace element deficiency or a pest problem, i havnt got my handy jose cervantes book on me so i cant for sure say, but ill read it tomoz and post bak on this thread what i think, if your really worried about it, flush them , couldnt hurt

rlly thanks for the input...i haven't fed much nutes because i had just transplanted them into new soil about 2 weeks ago..if i do, i give them some fish emulsion..i just gave them a very weak soution of Jacks classic (1/2 tspn) blossom boost in distilled water..it has magnesium in it and i've turned the lights off to reduce temps....

Im not sure bout the spots on your leaves, but those plants look very thirsty to me. When I water I water till there is some runoff and the soil is all moist. then wait till the pot is light again to water. From the look of your soil you arent uniformly watering it.

thanks for your replies, i've been looking at magnesium deficiency pics and it looks very similar, up until now i've only ever grown bag seeds and i've never had plants be so finicky. The only reason i'm not totally convinced is because all 5 of the showed it at the same time, this has me thinking its a problem with the enviornment, its not that hot in there so i'm hoping it isn't heat related..either way i have dissolved 1 tbsp of epsom salt in warm distilled water and added it to a gallon of distilled water...i foliar fed them some of the water and also watered them with it....i hope it works.... any other suggestions?

the plants are a maybe about 3 1/2 weeks from seed....since i popped them into MG and i know that soil is full of added nutes, i didnt give them any nutes until recently (before i moved them into the attic on april 4th, yet put until the 6th they were the most beautiful green plants i've ever grown so i know people would say miracle grow soil is crap, but up until this problem it has worked like a charm, i used it in my other bag seed grows with no problem)...the last time i gave them something was epsom salt in distilled water to correct this possible mag deficiency (not sure if it is a mag deficiency because all 5 plants showed the same symptoms at the same time), a few days before that i gave them some alaksa fish emolsion and half a teaspoon of jacks blossom boost, i was planning on switching them over to flowering because i know arjan's and neville's get really tall so i didnt wanna veg for more than 3 weeks...i give them distilled water...my ph meter is a bit off but the reading of the distilled was about a 7 which i read is ideal for soil..(i know for hydro the ph should range from 5.8 - 6.5 but soil requires a bit over 7). i'm really just disheartened about this, i decided that since i have to move this summer around july i need to put them into flowering asap so yesterday i turned the lights off (from 24/0) to 12/12....i hope they dont hermie on me but this is stressing me out to the point that i just want to see some pistols and if i dont..cut them down, move and start my new grow...

its important to know the runoff water ph after you water your plants.. then you adjust the ph of the water going in to balance your soil. If you noticed the problem start after you first gave nutes, i'd flush them with 3x the pot volume of water phed to 6.5 and feed 1/4 str nutes when the pots get light again. weed likes a ph of about 6.3 to 7 tops, you dont want your soil ph above 7 for sure. I try to keep mine from 6.5 to 6.8.

Hope that helps you some and best of luck keep us posted!

nah, all the sports are between the veins, and the leaves are for the most part green, with the exception of the spot pattern, view the pics on on first page
problem solved! after adding some epsom salts on wednesday, it seems that the problem has sopped spreading, originally i thought it might have had something to do with the envornment because all of the plants showed the spots at the same time.. but after switching the light cycle and watering with epsom salt in distilled water no more new spots are coming out and the plants are spelling delicious...i'm surpised most of all of the smell comming from the neville's haze..its smells like superweed...unlike any other plant i've grown, easily out powering the arjan's haze and red dragon i have in there with them... so everything is good at the moment..thanks for all ur help everyone.:weed:
