ya 80 degres is a lil warm they usaly like 71-75 well where i am at least and with diffrent temps u need diffrent hum levels to accomidate that temp to = out but ya deffiently over watering the SHIT outa it mines only 8 days now and i water in a 16 oz cup every 3-4 days not every day or so lol OVER kill

just read the dam grow faq and u should b fine follow it 2 a tee i love it when no 1 reads it and askes stupid questions not directed twords the starter of this thread directly but come on ppl lol

Overwatering has something to do with the way the plant looks. Purple stem could mean lack of Nitrogen. I would get it in soil that doesnt have miracle grow in it. Mayble try Scotts. Should only water every few days so that the soil is moist not wet. Miracle Grow sucks. I almost killed my 5 plants using that shit. If you can get some good nutes. Foxfarm, general hydroponics are a few that people here use.
I would suggest moving the plant inside as well. Winter time is the budding time and like other people have said you arent going to get much outta that plant. Move it inside, get a good light on it, put it in good soil, get good nutes... and dont overwater. Good luck.

to cold. what is the room temp? if its too cold they wont absorb the water. this early you should only be watering like every 5 days. most plants this young dont need much nutes. mabye none!

I spent hours upon hours in the FAQ room before posting once. It is a great source and pretty much tells you exactly what you need to do.
My HPS light is making my grow box 80 some degrees which I am not happy about. I am trying to blow in cool air to back off the temps... hopefully I can get an exhaust fan installed soon. Thinkin maybe an 8 inch exhaust fan should do (box is 4 feet tall by 3 feet wide).

purple stems are usaly in new grower cases due 2 the temp of the dirt secondly next nitrogen and so on just read the faq who ever started this thread and memmorize it soons as problems look 2 be forming look at the faq dont wait 4 answers or try 2 figure it out on ur own if its ur first go at growing a plant.. lol
