I am unsure of the deficiency here.

the leaves are puffy, slightly curling, circles tips and a weird texture appearance in person.
I think it’s iron or magnesium but I am not sure. I am working in a room with many strains and it is the only one with problems.
The strain is a Lemon OG variant.

Perhaps you can take pics under white light...

The only thing I’m seeing in these pictures a slightly to much nitrogen. That will cause the leaves to curl at the tips just like that.
