What is the republican plan to address this important issue? Tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy? More culture wars and book banning? More school lunch programs cut? The fact of the matter is, after the unborn are born they don't give a fuck if they die, since it's all a grift for religious suckers anyway. If they are LBGTQ or trans, they believe are unworthy of even life, much less a decent one, or are willing to support those who say as much. They don't care if kids are fed, vaccinated or educated, yet millions of fools vote for them every election cycle.

They don't even care about them or the mother before birth as doctors are afraid to practice their specialties or leave red states in droves over lunatic abortion laws. Pre- and post-natal care are getting harder to obtain in some states and companies don't want to locate to such places, neither does the military. The anti-abortion fever swept away women's healthcare as well as their basic human rights, let alone their constitutional ones.

Die poor and wretched.
He will, in a cage, and they will take him out in a bag. It is entertaining and interesting to see how they will shoehorn him into one and the legal hits will keep coming for years. Donald will have free federal housing again, this time the big house, not the Whitehouse, if he gets to the Whitehouse, it will be after he is released from the federal big house serving life. Then there is Georgia and pending criminal trials in NY over his fraud there and he can't pardon his way out of a state prison. He also can't demand NY give him back all the money they are gonna take from him.

Donald is yet to really panic and freakout, but I expect it before the end of the year when NY takes his money and especially if the SCOTUS disqualifies him over J6. Being disqualified will immediately affect his conditions of release, the muzzle will draw tighter and the prospects of being jailed pretrial increase dramatically.

Being realistic i think hell get disqualified from standing and get the usual slap on the wrist for the rich and powerful. Fine with me, just get him away from anything official title, from president to dogcatcher.

Donald broke too many laws and has too many enemies for a slap on the wrist, I'd say a maximum-security federal prison, a section just for him and his SS detail for as long as he has one. If the democrats win in 24 they will probably drop SS protection for people in federal custody, they are secure enough in a cell. Donald has a large domestic terrorist following who are also heavily armed, so it will need to be a maximum-security facility for staff protection. Also, the thousands of death threats the judges, prosecutor's, witnesses and jurors will and have received will have some bearing on where he does his time. He can't get away with it without breaking the rule of law and equality under the law and he's already made a mockery out of that.

Id love for that to happen but if history is an indicator in any way id say he wont get a fitting punishment. Maybe if you add all of the charges up. But i doubt hed get more than a few years max on any charge. But maybe between federal and state hell get more.

I also think that a fair few judges are afraid of convicting him. What was that recent conviction (arizona? Cant member...); saying that yes hes an insurrectionist but no, he cant be convicted since he was president, that presidents are excluded from this, like wtf??!?! Judges will try to balance right (him never standing for office) and their own safety (not giving him to many years).

I applaud your vision, but i dont believe it will happen like that. I dont think he will get what he deserves, but i dont think he will stand as presidential candidate.

Remember when Biden completed this sentence?

“I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Yeah, that was sweet.
