Pop up Window that says Website Message

I keep getting a pop-up in IE and Foxfire when I switch pages in RIU. it says:

I click on cancel and it lets me access the page. I don't want to click on ok. I don't know what it is.

Does anyone know what's going on?

I'm on my phone(android), and I'm getting a message for a RIU app, might be RIU trying to spread the word?

Hey guys,

yes that was us just testing the popup, "Here" it is gone now and has been replaced with our notice for our android app.
