Portable a/c heat vent fix for all. Closet grow.

If ur GR is too hot and u dont have the money for a proper fix.. If u have a portable a/c and dont run it because of venting issues.. Easy peasey.. Run the vent/heat out to the closet door. Rubber band a heafty paper bag to the end of the output vent"heat". Slide bag under door you can tailor the bag to make it less noticeable/more efficient.. Just made this up.. Hope it helps. The bag acts as adapter and is flexable enuff to fit under most doors. A plastic bag isnt stiff enuff and gives a sort of whoopie cushion effect.

NOT A FIX BUT MORE OF A WORK AROUND..

I used a styrofoam cooler, the size that would be even with the edges. I used gorilla tape to tape the cooler to the ac. Then cut a whole in the top of the cooler (it was the side), use a 6 inch to 4inch duct reducer, stick the 4 inch part into the cooler wall. That will be the outlet for all the hot air made by the AC, then hook up 6 inch ducting and lead it to where you want it.
Now if your cabinet or what ever isnt big enough for an AC then you can take a black garbage bag, cut it down leaving about 6 inches left, tape that around the vents on the front of the AC (where the cold air comes out). So when it comes on it'll blow the bag up like a ballon. Now cut a 4-5 inch slit in the bottom seam of the bag. Put a 4-6 inch duct inside that slit and tape it up really good. Now lead that duct into your grow area.
