Portland area greenhouse grow

Amazing how fast stuff dries this year. I never had anything dry in 3 to 4 days. The dry weather almost got me. Checked my buds last night and saw the were done. I was going to let them go two more days beofre checking them.

IDK it always been rainy out when I been drying. I always wondered when people said there buds were dry in 3 days.

i just pulled in the first batch from drying, it was done in 4 and a half days. last year that would be unthinkable, it was cold and raining.

this wind isn't letting up either.

I am liking this 11% humidity for fighting PM. 11% is good time to spray. So I spot sprayed some of the PM leafs today.

East winds will be gone tomorrow so I think the Humidity should come up again. They say rain next friday maybe. I will take no rain till Oct. 12th any year....

Next Year I will be working with mosquito netting on my carport sides. Like in my avatar but netting on the sides. Will do this all year. I hate spraying every 4 days. I hoping the mosquito netting will take away a lot of problems with one stone.

my garage is pretty reliably 40-55% rh, depending on weather.

it was 22% rh in there when i checked earlier, and that was after watering a couple nights ago.

and yes, no rain until october 12th is pretty awesome. hard to believe.

Curing, drying, no need to be so technical. Many consider drying as the first phase in the curing process anyway, but that's not the point. You wouldn't put cat litter in jars with your nugs, would you, of course not.

Why get so upset bro, I mentioned the cat box in the same room as your plants to let you know it's not a good idea, the smell from the cat piss (ammonia) and fecal matter being in the same room as your plants is not doing your customers any favors, I truly value my customers and want to give them the best product I can, sorry, just trying to help.

Ask any experience grower bro, they'll tell you the same, as a favor to your customers, get that cat box out of the same room!

BTW, for only two years of growing under your belt, they look pretty darn good, keep up the good work!

moving on from beenthere's douchedom, i am happy to announce that i have the second batch trimmed. i only have the black domina and the rest of the #1 to clear out now and i can sleep inside again for the first time since early june.

we booked a weekend vacation at the coast to reward ourselves after such a stressful season of thieves. can't wait to finish trimming and head the fuck out for a change.
 
When you wash your plants do you do it while the are alive? or after the chop? the bottom of my plants are really dirty from dogs and stuff. Do you wash and let dry then chop?

Any tips would be cool.
