POS Gardener Keeps ripping branches

So about 3 weeks ago my landlord started having a gardener come and work around the property. The asshole keeps jacking branches off my plants. I am finally in flush now for and early harvest. Put the plants out from inside 24/7 in mid April and they started flowering. This fuck tard is really pissing me off though. First time they came they jacked a whole plant pot and all. Now he is just taking a branch or two every time. Like he thinks I won't notice or some shit.

I am moving on the 16th of july so I won't have to deal with this fuck anymore but none the less I need this harvest and not for some peace of shit to jack it.

That sucks, is it way too early to just harvest now to avoid that happening? Approach him about it, if your always at work when it happens you might not have a choice but to just harvest now or move to a different spot before he takes it all.

Is it fenced in?
Are you "legal"?
Did your Landlord give his OK for you to grow there??

If all your answers are "Yes" get in his face and tell him to keep his hands off the plants of you'll do some "snipping-off" of your own!

If any answers are "no" ... you have no real recourse- except to make sure you (or someone you trust) is there when he comes and keep a close eye on him... Having someone follow him around watching him work will clue him in that you know what he's been doing... either he'll knock it off and leave ya be, or he'll threaten you/ narc on you....

I guess all you can do is figure out YOUR best-case scenario and go to it hun!

make a spray bottle up to look like some kinda of deadly poison and fill it with water if ya see him around go out a let him see you spray it the whole time bitch about the dam bugs and how this will kill them. might not work but he'll think twice. do it with a hazmat suit on too. or just get some literature on a real nasty bug spay and leave it and the bottle out by your plants like you forgot it there.

you sound like your positive its him. if thats the case, just get one of ur buddys to come by one day that hes working.
Make sure ur buddy covers his face and have him knock him the fuck out. stomp on that bitch too. teach him a lesson tryna rob you.

BUT if ur not sure get a camera and watch how he is around them, if he stares at em or touches em then u know its the fucker. then get ur buddy to fuck him up

I dont understand how u didnt deal with his case after noticing the plant gone. U let more branches get tooken aswell?

just do what you have to do, your movin eliminate by either taking down the plants or watching them till there ready or have someone watch them till there ready, no use in crazy situations your about out of there...now count to ten n just breath..live n learn not make more problems for yourself....

Leave a note on the plant saying " if you touch my plant again I will kill you "

Unfinished buds are worthless. He gains nothing by stealing branches that need more time to ripen. But your spot has been compromised so you really have no recourse.

I would harvest early and start indoor growing if I were you... or else move... build a better fence next time and setup some hidden security cameras... a guard or watch dog will do a lot for keeping people away too.

Yes agreeg .. where I come from and how we play. This "gardener" is asking for a severe boot fucking to the head specially if caught in the act... don't scare just fucking hurt him.

It's your own fault for not confronting this dude. Or his company.

I'm just going to harvest on Friday before he comes again I guess. Sure I can confront him but he doesn't speak any English and my Spanish is crap to say the least.

I was thinking of making it look like I was using so bad poisons but he probably won't know or care. Cartel weed he is probably used to uses all that crap anyway...

As for being legal. It is and its in my yard. Landlord knows but doesn't want any kind of involvement.

Really I just needed to vent some since this asshole is pissing me off but since I am moving I'm not going to go all nuclear on his ass.

As for him stealing unfinished flowers they've been basically done for a few weeks now. You can pull em early but I like to let them go until I see the trikes change to yellow/cloudy. This will be their second week of flush and I was going to pull them and the end of this week.

dude this guy is robbing one of your prized possessions in front of your eyes. i personally wouldnt have taken the time to post this, i would have him by the throat demanding how he thinks thats acceptable as soon as i saw him

You are talking about somebody who is stealing from you.... Your hard work stolen by a punk. Lets be nice about it why dont we? Please stop stealing from me.....
It works everytime doesnt it? NOT! I dont know what world you live in but when people steal from me I do not tolerate it and I will prevent it. If an ass kicking is involved then it is what it is.

I agree with a lot of people an ass kicking is definitely called for but I really can't get involved in any legal trouble if it came to that. If I wasn't moving I'd probably be more gong hoe about kicking ass and taking names. I don't have any physical proof that he is stealing it but I know for a fact it is him because when he comes shit gets stolen.
