Hi guys,

Right now i have 3 600s all parallel to each other but since they are all on cool woods I'm loosing a lot of extraction power because of all the bending my ducting is doing...will it make a big diference foot print wise if I put them all in a straight line? Or is it not worth the gain in extraction?

Same tent size as yours, this is why I went with 3 cool tubes instead of hoods. Less resistance and turbulence means less strain on the fan and better extraction.
What size fan are you running and do you run multiple fans? Are you sucking through the hoods or are you pushing air through.
If your sucking air through are you 100% your hoods are totally sealed. Because a lot of them are sealed poorly.

In a tent that size 3x 600 hoods should cover your tent no matter which way you have them turned so I would say its well worth changing them round.

Im running an Rvk 8'(200cm), I basically have my carbon filter followed by one coolhood one cooltube one coolhood and the rvk extracting air, I think their not really well sealed because I can smell a bit the plant in the end of the ducting...probably will run some tape all around the edges of the glass where air can be getting sucked trough

Yeah sealing them will make a massive difference. Get them in line and reduce ducting bends to a minimum. I used to use dryer ducting which is plastic and stretchy between my cool tubes, its almost straight when stretched, probably doesn't insulate as well though.
