Possible defiency or normal??

This is my first run. I'm using 6 cfl 150 watt 3 67k daylight multispectrum and 3 27k warm flowering cfl's each bulb emmits about 2800 lumens in a grow room thats 4 by 4 and 8 ft tall.
room temps stay at 79f and 50% humidity water temps are 70f using a bubble bucket hydroponics method
nutes are technaflora starter kit mixing to the instructions and mixing into system at about 400 to 600 ppm
ph fluxuates a lot goes from 5.8 tio 7.0 in 24 hrs
i have deep purple stems (see pics) but i also have slower growth that could be cause of the sativa strain and leaves are lush so far the girls dont seem to act sick but i hear purple stems are bad
the girls are supposed to be durban poison clones
they are about 1 month old can anyone help me and let me know are these stems ok
also i have removes the nutes and am flushing now for 48 hrs
is this nute lockout or just genetics?

Also i just put 3 grape ape clones in about 3 days ago and now they are turning purple too i wonder what is wrong i amd currently running no nutes in them aswell

you have a little nute burn but your main problem is too little light. if you're using the entire 4x4 growing area you only have about 1,000 lumens per square foot and you need at least 6,000 lumens per square foot to get decent bud.

right now i have the lights about 3 inches from the tops and the grow area being used is about about half that so id say 2x2
