possible magnesium deficiency?

Hi fellow blades. This is a second grow and the plant is a snow white from nirvana. Sexed at 4 weeks and fimmed after knowing. The plant sprouted from soil (7 parts ffof, 2 parts vermiculite, 1 parts perlite) 38 days old. RH is 40-60%, temps between 72-80. fresh air intake and warm air out take. I used ffgb after 5th node (about 3.5 weeks old) very diluted 3/8 tsp per gallon and backed off when leaf tips yellowed and curled approx. 3 days later. Plant is doing great overall and seems vigorous without having to add nutes. This is a cfl grow and have been successful in the past with same regiment. I know all plants are different though. The plant is a root keeper 2 - 5 gal pot with an inch and half vermiculite at bottom to help with drainage. This is a thick, low, bushy plant. however last week i noticed what looks like rust spots on fan leaves and did not want to mis-diagnose so i gave it a week to show true issue. tips have started coming in green again but the older fan leaves are showing more signs of illness. I thought it might be mag def. so the last watering 2 days ago I added 1/4 tsp. epsom salt per gallon of water and watered thoroughly. I ONLY use distilled water and never really had problems before. I am always too scared to over do anything regarding nutes. Pics are of some of the fan leaves which where taken last night. I read, read, read, read and rarely post because most everything you would ever want to know is already out there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for looking.IMG_0782_2.jpgIMG_0781_2.jpg

With distilled water you should be adding cal/mag and/or adding a little dolomite lime to your soil mix. Looks like a cal/mag deficiency to me.

Would it help to add half gallon of tap water to distilled gallon to boost calcium as well?

It won't hurt but may not help enough at this point. The calcium in tap water isn't as mobile as other forms so I would just run out and get some liquid cal/mag.

Thank you! Should I have waited to switch to flower until after this is corrected? Lights went off for the first time five hours ago so I could switch them back on without confusing the plant. Or do you think it will be ok as long as I introduce cal mag from here on out? Thank you for taking the time to help.

If you are running up against your height limits I would go ahead and just proceed with flowering. If you have room to grow her a few more inches I would be more inclined to keep her in veg for another week. So I'm not sure it is a big deal either way but you might get some differing opinions on that.
