Possible mold or mildew on OD plant?

Been noticing these brown spots to appear on a few random nugs. I touched one of the leaf/nugs with this today and I saw a little dust rise off. Anyone help?

Humidity is too high, buds are staying damp and rotting from the inside. Cut off any areas affected and get rid of it completely. Try not to get spores onto healthy areas of the plant. Any area affected with mold is garbage now and should not be consumed or it can make you incredibly sick.

sigh just had to amputate some of the poor girl. been such an awful summer here in cali. also a guy here at the house took the infected nugs for consumption so this may get intersting.

Yikes, I hope he cuts out all the mold he can or his lungs could be in for a rough time...and who knows what else?
