My opinion, reading thru this thread and with your pics is that the problem the whole time has only been a slight, most likely constant overwatering, and the stated slightly low ph (I recommend 6.5 for soil) They continue to droop, even though they were flushed (which adds to overwatering if it was already a problem as it takes extra time to dry out a freshly re-saturated pot......), and now showing signs of N shortage.Well. I'm now about to be starting week 5 and they are still droopy, but still growing. I have done 2 flushes and switched nutes. And I even added an extra 1000w bulb. No change except now they are turning yellow
I agree with IXOYE in a way, but see it as "under-watering is less restrictive/harmful, than over-watering" Over watering, and combined with overfeeding, can cause a whole whack of issues. From starved roots, to root rot, to nute problems, to dead leaves, to bud rot and on and on.
A balanced ph soil/medium, properly balanced in nutes, properly aerated getting slightly overdried generally has fewer to no problems. Rockwool and other certain hydro/aero setups is a little different. Overdrying can be extremely .....not good. lol
I have had nice, deep dark green plants before. And they were gorgeous, and healthy. I have found over N-ing a plant leads to real dark leaves, but almost wax paper appearance. Hard to describe.
That is the way I see it, based on what I have experienced.
Not bad looking plants though.
