Possible Stretching Problem?

Not to sure if I should be worried or maybe I'm just over protective of my little guy but does it look like the plants stretching? Maybe I don't need to be concerned but never hurts to be 100%

Plant is 4 days old, the seed casing on the left leaf is almost gone, also any opinions on when I should start to nute would be awesome !

If you nute any time soon it will probably die, just keep your light within a few inches of the top and let it grow, it's an infant right now and over feeding or watering is the most common mistake made with this plant

Yea you're fine. I was the same way. I wouldn't add nutes untill the plant is at least three weeks old. Or when it has four full nodes.
