Yup, no more designated providers. Co-op is the magic word for the day. There is a limit of 10 patients per co-op, but not a limit to the number of co-ops at a given location. Discuss.

I think if someone try's to have more then one "co-op" per location they are doing nothing more then running a illegal for profit grow.

Don't try and hide behind MMJ all your doing is hurting us who need it.

I agree that somebody having more than one co-op per location is almost certainly profit driven but I disagree that it's illegal or morally wrong. And I suspect that with a good lawyer, somebody could probably get away with such, if so inclined(the way the laws are written currently). I'm not doing it, or advising it, not worth the risk and hassle imho, but I'm proposing it's an interesting subject for conversation.

Seven hour welfair line is a government agent posing as a commercial operation in an attempt to incite threats which could then be used to allow investigation of individuals for internet crimes which would allow a search warrant. this is a veiled attempt to open up rollitup forums for prosecution.

Yup! My badge number is 420-24-7. And Prefontaine is safe from my investigation efforts because his weed sucks.

also the rules are different county too county we cant have a collective in city limmits but you can in the county prefontane hit it on the button and they call it a loop hole 4 a reason.i just won a 1 year battle with the courts i tried to use a loophole,that sucker costed me $28,000 in legal fees we won we get our equipment back and we get too start all over.
